Click on the button in the bottom right corner of the screen to open an online chat room. You don’t have to create an account to contact the staff. The support team even answers questions from unregistered users. Just enter your name in the field and send a message to the manager.
Employees work around the clock. Usually tech support responds quickly, no later than 2 minutes after sending a message.
